Turkey has a very comprehensive and efficient luxury coach service between all the main cities. There are
a number of coach companies, most of which operate the same routes, so there is always plenty of choice.
Coach journeys that exceed eight hours are often overnight. The reclining seats have plenty of leg room. Intercity coaches have steward service, refreshments and toilet facilities, as well as frequent stops to stretch your legs, some also include entertainment.
Most coach companies have their own rest-stops that provide refreshment at reasonable prices and first class rest-room facilities.
The main coach station is usually located on the
outskirts of the larger cities. All the coach companies
operate free shuttle bus services to the city center and
